Returns & Exchanges

At Yumi, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
